This is one of noyb 101 complaints which were filed after the "Schrems II" judgement in Summer 2020. The judgement invalidated the EU-US data transfer mechanism "Privacy Shield". The cases were generated based on implemented Google Analytics or Facebook tracking code on websites by EU providers, which leads to unlawful data transfers to the United States.

When we called them, they could not identify the complaints and asked for the case manager as an identifier even though for 2 of the 3 cases pending with the Slovak DPA we even have their own case numbers. They also mentioned that they might have trouble receiving information on complaints that are "so old".

noyb called the DSB as documents were missing

noyb called the DSB, as the attachments to the controller's reply were missing. According to the DSB, the attachments were not uploaded into the IMI. Later that day, the DSB called back and said that they have found the attachments (it's screenshots).
