They dealt with our arguments from submissions of 28 April 2022and 19/20 May 2022and have once again heard TBSD GmbH on questions that are still open. BLM have since received a statement from TBSD GmbH. The examination of the statements made there is currently still ongoing. BLM will get back to noyb as soon as they have gained "new insights".

BLM was surprised but did not object to a submission by us - said they would be happy with a submission during the course of April.

BLM informed us that due to absence of the person in charge due to sickness the reply will be delayed for a while

The BLM informed us that they heard the TBSD and forwarded us their statement. They gave us the chance to comment on TBSD's statement and inform the BLM whether we might want to drop the complaint.

Authority updated us on the status saying that all the complaints have been confirmed - the controller is preparing a submission and the EDPB had launched a task force. They will keep us updated about the progress in due term.

The Bayern Media Authority has confirmed to us that they received the complaints against Turner Broadcasting System Deutschland GmbH from the Bayern DPA.
