This is one of noyb 101 complaints which were filed after the "Schrems II" judgement in Summer 2020. The judgement invalidated the EU-US data transfer mechanism "Privacy Shield". The cases were generated based on implemented Google Analytics or Facebook tracking code on websites by EU providers, which leads to unlawful data transfers to the United States.

Slovakian DPA notifies us that the DPC does not share documents on Meta with them

When asked by the Slowak DPA to provide documents by Meta on the Facebook tools behind the data transfer, the DPC told that those might be confidential and they need to ask Meta before sharing. Meta is not replying.

When we called them, they could not identify the complaints and asked for the case manager as an identifier even though for 2 of the 3 cases pending with the Slovak DPA we even have their own case numbers. They also mentioned that they might have trouble receiving information on complaints that are "so old".
