BLM informed us that the controller has meanwhile remedied the violation D and E. The controller's response regarding the other violations is being evaluated by the DPA. Due to the bringing up of a new violation I in our submission, the DPA allowed the controller to respond to this point. The DPA is now evaluating the submission of the controller.

BLM informed us that they sent the controller our submission - the deadline for them to react has not expired yet - BLM will keep us updated.

BLM was surprised but did not object to a submission by us - said they would be happy with a submission during the course of April.

The BLM informed us that they heard Discovery and sent us their statement from the hearing. They gave us the chance to comment on Discovery's statement and inform the BLM whether we might want to drop the complaint.
